After spending 18 years on college and university campuses, and another two years leading in the ed tech space, I decided it was time to offer a boutique experience for enrollment managers, admissions professionals, and those who work in the higher education space to promote student recruitment and persistence.

After working across teams in varying environments, and working with multiple partners focused on recruitment and persistence, it became clear that much of what had been proposed was no different than the strategies also provided to other colleges and universities.  There has been a redundancy in higher education, a belief that if it works for one it may work for all.  Students, however, expect personalized engagement and unique experiences across all the institutions with which they engage. One size fits all does not fit.
