New initiatives are added, and recommendations are made that need execution. With limited time and resources, today's enrollment manager or admissions director could benefit from a little extra help in evaluating and streamlining prospective student recruitment strategies.

What is a Prospective Student Journey Analysis?

Each Prospective Student Journey Analysis includes the following:

  • A comprehensive review of all current student recruitment initiatives.

  • Interviews with internal stakeholders and current students.

  • A look at admissions data through the funnel, specifically looking at your conversion rates for prospects, inquiries, applicants, admits, deposited, and enrolled.

  • After identifying the point(s) in the funnel with the lowest conversion, or based on the needs of the institution, we will live your prospective student journey for an extended period of time (usually 60 - 90 days).

  • We will evaluate every aspect of the student journey during this timeframe, and provide you with a final analysis which includes:

    • Strengths of your current prospective student experience;​

    • Gaps in your current prospective student experience;

    • Recommendations for how to improve your prospective student experience.
